Devoted mother of Sheila Schenck of Spring Hill, FL, Kenneth Marchand of York, ME and Peggy Marchand of Bellingham. Grandmother of Michael and Eric Marchand and Darren and Keri Walden. Great-grandmother of Paige and Kaidan Marchand. Sister of Rosella Gentes of Natick, Alice Jean Dennehy of Wellesley and the late Timothy, Edward and William Donahue and Peggy Caldwell.
Late State President of the V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary. Volunteer for Special Olympics at VA Hospitals and active in the Wellesley Girl Scouts.
Funeral from the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 477 Washington St. (Rt.16) WELLESLEY, Wednesday, November 30th at 9 am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. John the Evangelist Church, Wellesley Hills, at 10 am. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visiting hours Tuesday, November 29th from 3-7 pm. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery, Needham.
