DEBORAH JEAN (PRENTICE) LYNCH, 63, died Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at the Hosparus Inpatient Care Center.
She had worked for Brown & Williamson.
She is survived by her sons, Christopher Samples (Sherry) and David Lynch (April); partner, Paul McAfee; grandchildren, Brad and Olivia Samples, Vincent and Grace Lynch; and her brother, Sonny Prentice (Joanie).
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, November 26, 2011 at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
Visitation will be from 3 – 8 p.m. Friday, November 25, 2011.
