Mr. Linwood Lamar, Jr.
Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Sunday, November 20, 2011, Mr. Linwood Lamar, Jr., 84, husband to the late Mrs. Elizabeth Lamar.
Mr. Lamar retired from Babcox-Wilcox as Manager of Manufacturing Engineering and served in the US Army. He was a member of St. Andrew Presbyterian Church.
Family members include sons, Hayne Lamar and wife Sheryl from Cincinnati, OH, David Lamar and wife Chrystal from North Augusta, SC, and grandchildren: John Lamar and Tracy Lamar.
A graveside service will be held Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at Westover Memorial Park with Rev. Robert F. Hunt officiating.
