Bobby Story, 74, Douglas, GA passed away on Wednesday, November 9, 2011 at Jeff Davis Memorial Hospital following an extended illness. Mr. Story was on born on April 12, 1937 to the late Allen and Ardelia Malphus Story in Douglas, GA. He was preceded in death by: daughter: Rhonda Kerns; sisters: Lela Odum, Alene Carver, Mary Lee Carver and Jackie Hutchison; brothers: Allen Story, Jr., J. B. Story and T. H. Story. Mr. Story was the owner/operator of a convenience store in Green Acres.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2011 in the Carver Baptist Church Cemetery.
Survivors include: wife: Bernice Story, Douglas, GA; daughters: Debbie (Wendell) Smtih, Douglas, GA; Angela (Greg) Griffis, Douglas, GA; son: Terrell (Brenda) Story, Douglas, GA; sister: Lois Harper, Douglas, GA: 10 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
