Devoted brother of Kathleen M. Mullen of Dedham, Theresa A. Kelley of West Newton, Diane M. Harrington of Medway, Patricia J. Nickerson of the North End, Marie E. Mullen of Hyde Park, Robert F. Mullen of Attleboro, and the late Thomas J., Michael S., and James J. Mullen.
He was known as Uncle Willie to his many nieces and nephews.
Bill was the captain of The Tradewind for many years.
