Mrs. Margaret Anne (Herron) Sotera, a longtime resident of Andover and beloved wife of Dr. Alfred J. Sotera, died at the Lawrence General Hospital on Friday, November 4, 2011. She was 70 years old.
Born in Indianapolis, Indiana, on September 2, 1941, she was the beloved daughter of the late John and Cleo (Schlonica) Herron. Mrs. Sotera was a homemaker. She was a very devoted wife, mother and grandmother, always caring for and putting the needs of her family before her own.
Besides her beloved husband, Alfred, she will be very sorely missed by her loving daughter; Janine M. Leonard of Andover, grandchildren; Brittany Berthel and Nicholas and Matthew Leonard, all of Andover, brother and sister-in-law; Bruce and his wife Pat Herron of Indianapolis, Indiana and several nieces and nephews. Margaret was also the sister of the late Richard Herron.
