Stone, Anita M. (Stewart) 85, of Duxbury, MA, formerly of Brookfield, CT. at Bay Path at Duxbury, November 3, beloved wife of Donald P. Stone of Duxbury. Loving mother of Alison and her husband Robert Ament of Falmouth, MA, of Dana Stone and his wife Roshanna of Days Creek, OR, of Jacquelyn and her husband Todd Stone of Port Charlotte, FL, and of Beverly Somogie and her husband Gary of N. Andover, MA. She also leaves a sister, Jackie Jeffries of AZ, and 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Anita was born in Cleveland, Ohio, the daughter of I.T. and Helen Stewart. She went to school in the Cleveland area and went to Miami University in Ohio. For many years Anita worked as a secretary at the King Street Elementary School in Danbury. She played piano, oboe and flute, and she enjoyed traveling all over the country and spending time with her family.
