LEICESTER;John Sutherland 81 of 65 Lakeview Dr., died Sunday March 7 at The Meadows of Leicester. He leaves his wife of 60 years, Lois C. (Hainsworth) Sutherland, two daughters Mary Jane Hiltunen of Westborough, and Pamela J. Athanas of W.Newbury, four grandchildren Benjamin,Sarah,Jason and Andrew and a great grandson Adrian, nieces and nephews. Mr. Sutheralnd was a watchmaker and jeweler at Ludvigson Jewelers in Milbury for 17 years, retiring in 1987. He once served in the Canadian Navy. He was a 32nd. degree member of the Scotish Right of the Montague Lodge of Masons, A.F.& A.M. in Auburn. Born in Leith, Scotland he was the son of John G. and Charlotte (Robinson) Sutherland.
