Fall River – Estelle Caroline (Manchester) Cargile, 80, of King Rd., Tiverton, RI died at St. Anne’s Hospital on March 7, 2004 after a brief illness. She was the widow of Harry M. Cargile.
She was born in Tiverton, daughter of the late Roland S. and Caroline A. (Jean) Manchester, and was a lifelong resident of Tiverton. She was a communicant of St. Madeline Sophie Church, Tiverton.
Survivors include a daughter: Sharon C. Richford of Daytona Beach, FL; 3 sons: Harry M. Cargile, Jr. of Ballston Lake, NY, Roy R. Cargile of Springfield, MA and Leon J. Cargile of Tiverton; 4 sisters: Lorraine I. Peabody of Ludlow, MA, Alice F. Hathaway of Tiverton, Sandra A. White of Tiverton and Gail T. Sylvia of Tiverton; a brother: Norman Manchester of Tiverton; 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and several nieces & nephews.

Funeral from the POTTER FUNERAL HOME, 81 Reed Road, Westport, Tuesday, March 9, 2004 at 8:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Madeline Sophie Church, Tiverton at 9:00 A.M.
Interment in Pleasant View Cemetery, Tiverton.
