Ursula Marie (Quade) Silva of Truro, formerly of Provincetown died Friday October 28, 2011 at Sea Shore Point in Provincetown. She was the wife of the late Clement S. Silva who died in 2008. Mrs. Silva and her husband were very well known residents of the outer cape. Together they were the first EMTs for Lower Cape Ambulance, serving their community for many years beginning in the early '70s. She is survived by 3 of her 4 children, including Susan A. Medina of Medfield, Debra J. Silva of No. Truro and Clement A. Silva of Yarmouth. She is also survived by her beloved daughter in law Sandy Silva of No. Truro. She was the mother of the late Gary S. Silva who died in 2002. Mrs. Silva is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Peter the Apostle Church 11 Prince St. Provincetown on Wednesday at 11:00am. Visiting hours are Tuesday in the Gately-McHoul Funeral Home 94 Harry Kemp Way Provincetown from 4:00 – 7:00pm.
