Ruth I. (Clark) (Delano) Garrick, age 94, of Brockton, died peacefully October 26, 2011 at Life Care Center of West Bridgewater. She was the wife of the late Daniel Garrick. Born in Brockton, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Edith (Hurley) Clark. She was a graduate of Brockton High School. Ruth enjoyed time spent with her grandchildren and great grandchildren and for over 20 years enjoyed spending winters in Ormond Beach, Florida.
She is survived by her children Robert Wayne Delano and his wife Peggy of New Bern, NC and Darlene LaFrance and her husband Michael of Bridgewater; four grandchildren Mark LaFrance, Brian, Stephen, and Michael Delano; five great grandchildren Timothy, Matthew, Allison and Ryan Delano, and Nicholas Baltadonis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and was the sister of the late Elizabeth Dailey, Lillian Haglof, Edith Raymond and Walter Clark.
Visiting Hours will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton, Sunday 4-7pm. Funeral procession will gather at the funeral home on Monday at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass in Trinity Episcopal Church, Bridgewater at 10am. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, West Bridgewater.
