Mary (Marszalek) Doughty, 97, formerly of Webster, passed away Friday, October 21, 2011 in the Overlook Masonic Healthcare Center in Charlton.
Her husband, Howard T. Doughty died in 1985.
She leaves a son, Dr. Howard C. Doughty and his wife Susanne of Harrisburg, PA., a daughter, Janis M. wife of Richard Weinmann of Charlton, 5 grandchildren; Craig Doughty and his wife Sandy, Molly Steen and her husband Josh, Michelle Faull and her husband Thomas, and Laura and Katie Weinmann, 3 great grandchildren; Elizabeth, Gabriel and Margaret, and one sister; Gloria Zeitler of Bristol, R.I.
Mary was born in Warren, R.I. a daughter of John and Hewiga (Cisek) Marszalek and lived in Webster for many years before moving to Charlton over 2 years ago.
She was a member of the Church of the Reconciliation in Webster, enjoyed sewing and playing bridge.
Funeral Services will be Sunday, October 30, 2011 at 3 PM in The Robert J. Miller Funeral Home and Lake Chapel, 366 School St., Webster.
There will be a calling hour Sunday, from 2 to 3 PM, prior to the service.
Burial will be Monday, October 31, 2011 at 10 AM in Mt. Zion Cemetery in Webster.
