Patricia Ann Martz Baker, 74, of Clarksville, TN died Wednesday October 19, 2011 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She was born September 20, 1937 in Memphis, TN daughter of the late Elbert and Maude Martz.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Rev. Bill Lamb officiating. Visitation will be Sunday from 1 to 5 PM and Monday from 10 a.m. until the hour of the service. Burial will be in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-West.
Survivors include her husband, Harley "Jerry" Baker; two sons, George Goetzka, Clarksville and Raymond Goetzka, Georgia; three daughters, Patti Jean Goetzka, White House, TN; Elizabeth "Vicki" Bland, Clarksville; and Martha Jane Baker, Buffalo, NY; a sister, Beverly Jean Martz, OH; six grandchildren, Jeri Lyn and Jenna Justice, Curtis and Kady Bland, and Emma and Maxwell Baker-Terhaar.
