J.M. Graves, Age 86 of Nashville, Died October 18, 2011 at his home in Nashville surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Graves was a well respected and long time Construction Contractor in Middle , TN. He is preceded in death by his wife, Doretta Warren Graves. Survived by his sons, Former Metro. Councilman Jerry Wayne Graves (Sandra) and Donnie Ray Graves, daughters, Catina Howard and Ann Broyles (Leland), brothers, Lyndel and Jimmy Graves, sister, Loretta Derra, 12 Grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren. Funeral services will be 12pm Thursday, October 20, 2011 from Ellis Funeral Home Chapel with Brothers Jerrell Pride and John Hailey officiating. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Visitation with the family will be 5pm until 8pm Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at the funeral home.
