Hogan, Ruby M. (Sanders), 84, of Louisville passed away Thursday October 13, 2011 at the Riverbend Assisted Living.
Ruby was a native of Edmonson Co., KY. and had formerly worked for American Tobacco Co.
Survivors include her husband, Vergil L. Hogan; son, James E. Sturgeon (Rebecca); two grandchildren, SSG. Scott and Daniel Sturgeon and two great grandchildren, Meghan and Hunter Sturgeon; brother, Charles Sanders; several brother & sister-in-laws.
Funeral services will be held 12:00 noon Saturday at the Rockford View United Baptist Church 2511 Wilkerson Ave.. with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 3:00 – 8:00 pm Friday and after 10:00 am Saturday at the Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy.
