Warren “Pete” Francis Clancy, a resident of Andover and beloved husband of the late Patricia (Pellerin) Clancy, died at the Merrimack Valley Hospice House in Haverhill on Sunday evening, October 9, 2011. He was 82 years old.
Born in Boston on July 6, 1929, Pete was a beloved son of the late James and Anna (Everbeck) Clancy. Warren was employed by Harvard University as a Facilities Director, for more than 30 years. He enjoyed listening to music and always loved to visit Flea Markets. Above all, Mr. Clancy was a very devoted father and grandfather.
He will be very sorely missed by his two loving sons and two daughters-in-law; Kim W. and his wife Heidi C. Clancy of Andover and Peter J. and his wife Lisa Clancy of Windham, New Hampshire, five grandchildren; Nicole, Katie, Peter Jr., Sean and Brian and many nieces and nephews. He was also the devoted brother of Shirley Dewherst of Laverne, California and the late James, Alice and Betty Clancy and Virginia Sweeney.
