AMESBURY, MA – Travis R. McKinney 32 of Amesbury, MA died Saturday October 8, 2011 at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA.
He was born in Boston, MA and educated in Amesbury Schools, where he was a graduate of Amesbury High School with the Class of 1998. He earned his bachelors degree from Boston University in 2001.
Travis was employed with Ebsco Publishing as a Team Leader. He was an avid writer who loved the outdoors, reading and photography. He wrote many manuscripts dedicating some of his work to his local high school, as well entering several photo contests. He loved people, loved to laugh and enjoyed the simple things in life.
He is survived by his mother Donna M. McGuire of Amesbury, MA. He also leaves his brother Reynold L. McGuire and his wife Crystal of Georgetown, MA.
Grandparents Laurier and Annette McGuire of Westminster, CA.
Many aunts and uncles.
ARRANGEMENTS: Family and friends may call on Saturday from 11:00a.m. – 1:00p.m. A celebration of life service will follow at 1:00p.m. at the funeral home.
