Obituary

Yvette C. Mandeville, 81, of Angell St., Woonsocket, died Sunday at Rhode Island Hospital.
Born in Woonsocket, she was a daughter of the late Emile and Florina (Jacob) Mandeville. She was a lifelong resident of the city.
Yvette was employed in her early years at the French Worsted mill and later at Riverside Corp. She later worked at Royal Electric ITT Corp in Pawtucket for over 40 years before retiring.
She was a lifelong communicant of Precious Blood Church.
Yvette will be remembered as a very independent lady and a loving sister and aunt to her extended family.
She is survived by a brother Camille Mandeville and two sisters, Simone Goudreau and Vivian Roy, all of Woonsocket. She was the sister of the late James, Emile and Robert Mandeville, Florence Belisle, and Lucille Guilbault. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and their families.
Her funeral will be Friday at 9:00 am from the Menard-Lacouture Funeral Home, 127 Carrington Ave., Woonsocket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in Precious Blood Church, Carrington Ave., Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery, Bellingham. Visiting hours are Thursday from 6-8 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Precious Blood Parish, 94 Carrington Ave., Woonsocket, RI. 02895.
