WORCESTER-Theresa (Wolkenstein) Frencic-Wiemann, 77, of 131 Maywood Street, died Saturday, February 28th in her home. She leaves her husband of 25 years Rolf F. Wiemann, a son Edward M. Frencic of Worcester, 3 daughters Radmila Erickson of Fremont, CA, Elisabeth K. Frencic of Redondo Beach, CA and Anita M. Poulin of Charlton, 8 grandchildren, Jennifer Fuenzalida of San Mateo, CA, Heidi Bryant of Worcester, Jason Guyotte of Charlton, Brandon Frencic of Ft. Lauderdale, Melissa Erickson of Fremont, CA, Jacob Poulin of Douglas, Joshua Guyotte and Trevor Frencic both of Worcester, and 6 great-grandchildren.
She was born in Wiesent, Germany the daughter of Csaver and Kathrina (Bergman) Wolkenstein and came to this country in 1952. Mrs. Wiemann had been employed at Worcester State Hospital as a charge attendant for 24 years. She was a member of St. Andrew the Apostle Parish and the German Society.
The funeral is Thursday, March 4th from O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue with a Mass at 10:00 AM in St. Andrew the Apostle Church, 5 Spaulding Street. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park. Calling hours at the funeral home are Wednesday, March 3rd from 7:00 until 9:00 PM.
