Gloria Glynn, “Mother of many, friend to all”, of Plymouth formerly of Hanson, died on October 2nd. After a long courageous battle with cancer, Gloria went home to be with the Lord. She leaves behind an amazing legacy of love.
Gloria is survived by her children: Matthew and Karen Glynn, Michael and Maura Glynn, Brian and Veronica Glynn, Paula and Ward Jaros and Tracy and Martin Ouellette. A wonderful role model and cheerleader, she dearly loved her 12 grandchildren: Kerry, Joshua, Sarah, Michael, Stephen, Matthew, Thomas, Emily, Jonathan, Christina, Jacob and Caitlin. She is also survived by her brother Deacon Elias Hamaty and many nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be held at the Richard Davis Funeral Home, 619 State Rd (Rt 3A), Plymouth (Manomet) on Tuesday October 4th from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, October 5th at 11AM. Burial will be private. Not a big fan of flowers, Gloria was a huge fan of her grandchildren’s sporting events. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Gloria Glynn Memorial Fund at any Rockland Trust. The fund will be used to support sports at Plymouth South High School.
