Mrs. Mary E. (Delaney) Bradley, 88, a life-long resident of Lawrence passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 29th, 2011 at the Merrimack Valley Hospice House in Haverhill, surrounded by her family.
She was born on September 21st, 1923 in Lawrence to the late Thomas and Ann (Hennessey) Delaney. Mary was educated in Saint Rita's Grammar School and she was a graduate Saint Mary's High School both in Lawrence.
She was an attendant of Saint Laurence O'Toole Church and Saint Mary's Church both in Lawrence. Mary worked for the Veteran's Association in Boston and then as Management Staff for the Internal Revenue Service until her retirement. After her retirement Mary worked for Kathy Herwood Day Care Center in the Internal Revenue Service as the bookkeeper.
Mary was a member of the Hibernians LAOH in Lawrence, she loved to see shows in Boston and in New York, she also enjoyed traveling to New York to the World's Fair. Mary loved to play cards with her family and friends and was caretaker to her family.
wife of the late Mr. Bernard Kerin Bradley who passed in March of 2000.

Her funeral service will take place on Monday, October 3rd, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. in the John Breen Memorial Funeral Home, Inc., 122 Amesbury Street, Lawrence, MA.
Burial will follow in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Lawrence, MA.
