Obituary

Francis P. DiBaro, 83, passed away Monday, September 26, 2011, surrounded by his loving family after an illness. His wife of 44 years, Elsie I. (Anderson) DiBaro, passed away in 1996. He leaves three sons, Paul F. DiBaro and his wife Karen of E. Millbury, David W. DiBaro and his wife Lori of Worcester, and John G. DiBaro and his fiancé Susan of Worcester; three grandsons, Mark, Kevin, and Paul DiBaro; and many brothers, sisters, and nieces & nephews.

Francis was born in Worcester, son of the late Michael and Mary (DiStefano) DiBaro. He served in the Army during WWII. He was a Building Inspector for the Commonwealth of MA and served as a Deputy Boxing Commissioner. Frank enjoyed golfing and driving his white Cadillac. He was an avid Red Sox and N.E. Patriots fan. Most of all, he was a loving husband, brother, father, uncle, and grandfather. The family extends their appreciation to all of Frank's healthcare workers, especially Kelly Martin.

Calling hours will be held Wednesday, September 28, 2011, from 5-8 p.m. at Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln Street. The funeral service at Nordgren Memorial Chapel will be Thursday, September 29, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in All Faiths Cemetery. Flowers may be sent or donations made to the Holy Trinity Nursing Home, 300 Barber Avenue, Worcester MA 01606.
