FALL RIVER… Janet Cintron, 50 of Fall River, passed away Friday September 23, 2011 at St. Anne’s Hospital.
Born in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, she was a daughter of Jose Antonio Cintron and Carmen Ortiz and her companion Felipe Perez, and had lived in Fall River since 1993.
She was the companion of Juan Valcarcel.
She enjoyed shopping and spending time with her family and friends.
Along with her companion and parents survivors include 2 daughters: Johanet Valcarcel and Jennifer Valcarcel both of Fall River, 2 sons: Braulio Cintron and Alex Cintron, both of Fall River, 3 sisters: Diana Rijos of Florida, Evelyn Perez of Fall River and Maria Perez of Puerto Rico, 2 brothers: Felipe Perez and Javier Perez, both of Florida, 11 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Richard Rijos.
Services to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Thursday, September 29 at 10 AM at the SOUTH COAST FUNERAL HOME, 1555 Pleasant St. Fall River. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Fall River. Calling hours Wednesday, 5-8 PM.
