Dorothy Anderson Graham, age 65, Douglas, GA passed away at her residence following an extended illness. Mrs. Graham was born on October 04, 1945 to the late Rev. Jim Daniel and Beulah Inez Day Anderson. She had worked as a nurses aid at Coffee Regional Medical Center and she was a member of the West Green Church of God. Mrs. Graham was preceded in death by: husband: Ruben C. Graham; sister: Thelma Anderson; brother: J. L. Anderson; niece: Barbara Joyce Lott and great niece: Sherry Crowley Cumbass. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2011 at 4:00 p.m. in Deberry Baptist Church with interment following in the Deberry Baptist Church Cemetery. Survivors include: daughter: Angela D. (Wayne Spires) Graham, Douglas, GA; sons: Wendell Dave Graham, James Ruben (Kimberly) Graham and Danny Graham all of Douglas, GA; brother: Watson Anderson, Alma, GA; sister: Vivian Butler, Atlanta, GA; 13 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Friday, September 23, 2011 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Sims Funeral Home. Sims Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
