Mr. Charles DeFalco, age 95, of Medford formerly of Boston´s North End, passed away peacefully in his home Saturday, February 21st. Born in Boston he was the son of the late Elvira (Tranchese) and Michelangelo DeFalco. He was the beloved husband of the late Mary (Cefalo) DeFalco. Charles work for many years in Boston, Cambridge and Chelsea as a shoemaker. It has been requested that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the Hallmark Hospice, 100 Hospital Rd. Malden, MA 02148.
Mr. DeFalco is survived by his daughter Ellie Csengery and her husband Larry of Kingwood, TX. He is also survived by his grandchildren; Cris Csengery and his wife Stacey, Lisa Campbell and her husband Keith, Gina Raghezi and her husband Peter. He is further survived by his great grandchildren Abagail and Chloe Csengery. Brother of Augustine “Olga” Coppola of Medford, the late Louisa Casiello, Josephine Palumbo, John, Antonio, Nicholas and Andrew DeFalco.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home 306 Main St. Medford, Saturday at 8 Am. Followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Joseph Church 118 High St. Medford, at 9 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visitng hours Friday 4 thru 8. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
