James Houston Story, 70, of Tampa, Florida died Sunday, September 18, 2011, in Land O’ Lakes, Florida. Graveside funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, September 23, 2011, in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
Mr. Story was born on May 14, 1941 in San Francisco, California and was the son of James Leon Story and Olive Esther Haines Story, both deceased. He was also preceded in death by one sister, Esther Woody. He retired as a Master Sergeant from the United States Air Force.
Mr. Story is survived by one sister, Susan Story; two daughters and one son-in-law, Tracey Story and Cindy and Scott Meister; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
