Hazel M. Campbell 67, of 24 Wallingford Rd. died Sunday, Feb. 22 in the Worcester Medical Center.

She leaves four sisters, Alice Adams, Josephine Anderson, Effie Sodagar, and Helen Comrie all of Auburn and several nephews and nieces. A brother, Frank Campbell and three sisters, Laura Bolton, Nellie Tsianco and Mary Swett, predeceased her. She was born in Worcester, daughter of John A. and Laura M. (Bemis) Campbell. She graduated from Commerce High School.

Hazel worked at the College of Holy Cross for 15 years before retiring several years ago. Prior to that, she worked for 37 years for Industrial Supply Company. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church and was active in the Girls Program at the Greendale YMCA. She was an avid reader and enjoyed traveling. She once took a trip to Russia with the Book of Hope for the school children of her church.

A Funeral Service will be held Thursday, Feb. 26 at 11 a.m. in LINDQUIST LUNDIN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Butler St. Worcester. Burial will be in Rural Cemetery, Worcester. Calling Hours are Wednesday, Feb. 25, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
