Nicola Crugnale, 82 of Medford, died Tuesday after a brief illness in the Epoch Senior Health Center, Melrose, MA.
Born in Italy, he lived in Medford since 1993 and formerly of the North End of Boston. He was the son of the late Euliana (DiCenso) and Enrico Crugnale. Nicola was a member of Local 22 as a laborer and retired in 1991 from Modern Continental Construction. He also loved working in his vegetable garden.
Beloved husband of Claurinda (Crugnale). Devoted father of Euliana Cardone of Medford. Loving grandfather of Alfredo Cardone and his wife Nicolina, Claudia and her husband Italo. Brother of Donato Crugnale, Ninetta Crugnale both of Italy and the late Antonio Crugnale.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Saturday at 8 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in Immaculate Conception Church, 600 Pleasant St., Malden, at 9 AM.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Visiting hours Friday 4 - 8.
Services will conclude with entombment at Woodlawn Community Mausoleum, Everett.
