Fall River - Isabel Ferry, 76, of Westport passed away June 21, 2011 at Catholic Memorial Home.
Ms. Ferry was born in Swansea, daughter of the late Manuel, Jr. and Mary (Costa) Ferry, and resided in Westport most of her life. She was a communicant of St. George Church, Westport. She was employed by the former Hoyt Mfg. Co. She enjoyed spending time with her family.
Survivors include a son: Michael N. Lachapelle of Westport; 4 sisters: Louise M. Burke, Helen R. Ferry, Arline F. Peckham and Mary I. Ferry, all of Westport; 3 brothers: Arthur J. Ferry of Gouverneur, NY, Manuel Ferry III of Westport and Michael P. Ferry of Westport; 4 grandchildren: Amanda and Victoria Smith and Chase A. and Cole M. Lachapelle; and several nieces & nephews.
She was mother of the late Linda A. Smith and sister of the late Henry, John, and Ernest M. Ferry.

Funeral from the Potter Funeral Home, 81 Reed Road, Westport on Friday, June 24, 2011 at 9:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. George Church, Westport at 10 A.M.
Interment in Beech Grove Cemetery, Westport.
