Priscilla M. Donovan, 90, of Londonderry, NH, died Thursday March 10, 2011 in her home in Londonderry. She was born in Haverhill, MA on August 24, 1920, a daughter of the late Wilbrod and Alvina (Beaudry) Duchemin. Mrs. Donovan had been a resident of Londonderry since 1991, formerly living in Charlotte, NC for 22 years, and Haverhill, MA for over 50 years. She was a communicant of St. Jude Parish in Londonderry. Mrs. Donovan loved to do jigsaw puzzles.
She is survived by one daughter, Jacqueline M. Scott of Goffstown, NH; one son, Richard P. Donovan and his wife Lynda of Windham, NH; five grandchildren, Karen Scott, Lisa Blue, Arthur Scott, Ryan MacLean, and Nicholas MacLean; three great grandchildren, Daniel Scott, Katelyn Blue, and Ashley Scott; one sister, Alice Milot of Jaffrey, NH; and one brother, Paul Duchemin of Gilford, NH; She was predeceased by her husband of 66 years, Richard J. Donovan in 2006.
Following cremation, a Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Tuesday, March 15th at 10:00am in St. Jude Parish, 435 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry. The burial followed in the NH State Veterans Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Hwy., Boscawen, NH.
