Jennie A. (Rebello) Laborde, 76, of New Bedford died July 7, 2010 unexpectedly at St. Luke's Hospital.
She was the wife of Reave P. Laborde.
Born in Oak Bluffs, the daughter of the late Antonio and Eugenia (Pacheco) Rebello, she lived in New Bedford all of her life.
She was a devoted mother and grandmother.
Survivors include her husband; 5 daughters, Jane Vieira, Kim Cabral, Susan DeMello and Belinda Hill, all of New Bedford and Rose Patricio of Portugal; a sister, Ernestine Bolliger of Oregon; 12 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was the sister of the late Ernest Rebello.
Her Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, July 14th at 10 AM in St. John the Baptist Church. Arrangements are with the Saunders-Dwyer Home For Funerals, 495 Park St. New Bedford.
