RUSSO, SARAH “Josie” (Murphy). – Of Hanson, formerly of West Roxbury. Age 81,passed away on March 8, 2010. retired from Teledyne of Dedham after 25 years of service. Beloved wife of the late Leo Russo. Loving mother of Elizabeth O’Donnell & her husband Brian of Hanson & Stephen Russo & his wife Carla of Brunswick, VT. Cherished Nana of Michelle Ferguson, Brian O’Donnell, Patricia Flynn, Timothy & Stephen Russo & the late Jennifer Russo . Great grandmother of 3. Devoted sister of Kay Bowler, Patsy Weaver, Peggy Shields, Peter Murphy, Tommy Murphy & the late Mike Murphy, Mary Bianchetto & James Murphy. Long time companion of Joseph Cotter. She is survived by many nieces & nephews. Funeral from the William J. Gormley Funeral Home, 2055 Centre St., West Roxbury on Friday, March 12, 2010 at 9:15 am followed by a funeral mass in St. Theresa Church , 2078 Centre St., West Roxbury at 10 o’clock.
