STROBEL, CAROL JOAN
Carol Joan Strobel, 76, of Summerville, wife of Robert A. Strobel, died Friday, August 7, 2009 at Trident Medical Center.
Family and friends are invited to attend her funeral service on Thursday, August 13, 2009 at 10 o’clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home Chapel, 303 S. Main Street, Summerville. Burial will follow at Dorchester Memory Gardens, 11000 Dorchester Road, Summerville. There will be a visitation from 9 o’clock until hour of service.
Mrs. Strobel was born July 12, 1933 in Philadelphia, PA, daughter of the late Victor Craigie and Dorothea Moyer Craigie. She was a homemaker.
Survivors, including her husband Robert of fifty seven years, are:
Two daughters; Deborah Lee Strobel of Columbus, IN and Donna Marie Strobel-Clark (Philip) of Summerville; one son; Robert A. Strobel, Jr. (Vickie) of Summerville, four grandchildren; Michelle Frances Clark of Summerville, Jeffrey Robert Strobel of Parsonsfield, ME, Cheryl Lynn Strobel of Columbus, IN and Victoria Carol Clark of Summerville.
