William Roy Fly, 65, passed away March 23, 2009 in Water Valley, MS, at his brother’s home. He was born to the late Fletcher “Buddy” and Louise Bankston Fly in Coffeeville, MS. He retired from Heatcraft in Grenada, MS and also worked as a farmer. He was a member of Goshen Memorial Chapel in Coffeeville, MS.
The visitation will be held at Seven Oaks Funeral Home in Water Valley, MS on Tuesday, March 24, 2009 from 5 to 7 pm. The funeral service will be held in Goshen Memorial Chapel on Wednesday March 25, 2009 at 11:00 am with Rev. Wayne Sheffield presiding. The committal will be held in Goshen Cemetery. William is survived by two brothers, Fletcher Jr. Fly of Coffeeville, MS and Manche Benjamin "Benny" Fly of Water Valley, MS; two special nephews, Scott Stovall and Jagger Stovall; and nine nieces and nephews. | ||||
