Obituary

Winifred Elaine (Dennis) Pattison, 73, of 12 Kingswood Drive, North Stonington
passed away January 24 at the Westerly Hospital in Westerly, RI.

Known as “Winnie” she will be sadly missed by her loving husband Donald Pattison and children, Richard & Elaine Burton, William Burton, Donalynn & Marshall Bogue, Winnie & Ronald Wong, Nancy & Ahmed Mahran, Gail & Paul Fillipetti, grandchildren and family members.

She graduated from Scituate High School, Massachusetts in 1955 and worked at the Federal Reserve Bank in Boston, was an accomplished seamstress and found her calling working in her community.

She spent many years giving of her life; driving a school bus for 40+,
Scituate Grange # 386 for 55 +, Order of the Eastern Star, 4H, Sweet Adeline’s, North Stonington; Fire Dept -Ambulance Assoc - Agricultural Fair Committee Board of Directors- Zoning Board of Appeals - Juvenile Review Board, Boy Scouts of America, Girl Scouts of America, National Camping Travelers, as a member & Trustee of the Old Mystic United Methodist Church and the Rhode Island Scottish Highland festival.

Her family will greet friends at The Dinoto Funeral Home, 17 Pearl Street, Historic downtown Mystic on Thursday from 5-7pm. An Eastern Star Memorial Service will be conducted at 6pm.

Winnie's Funeral Service will be conducted at The Old Mystic United Methodist Church, rte. 27, old Mystic on Friday at 10am. the Rev. Carol Johnson will officiate. Burial will follow at Stonington Cemetery, Stonington, CT.
