Methuen, MA – Theresa B. (Rouleau) Avery, Palermo, 89 yrs. died Tuesday at home surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Nashua, NH, Theresa was the daughter of John and Yvonne (Pellerin) Rouleau. She had been a housekeeper, wife, mother, grandmother and greatgrandmother. Throughout her life she was a self-employed housekeeper for many people. After her retirement, she chose to continue to work for Dan and Eileen until this year because of their longtime friendship.
She and her late husband Tony Palermo belonged for many years to the Blue Knights Motorcycle Club and drove their bike to Florida into their 80’s.
The widow of Clyde Avery, and Anthony Palermo survivors include one son Ted and his wife Dorothy (Carroll) Avery of Methuen, stepdaughter Joan and her husband Charles French of Danville, VA, and stepson Michael Palermo.
Grandchildren Kelly R. Avery, Jacqueline T. Avery, and Jason C. Avery, as well as greatgrandson Cameron.
A Graveside Committal Service will take place at 10:00 A.M. on Friday morning in Bellevue Cemetery with burial to follow.
Friends may pay their respects on Thursday from 6-8 P.M. at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home 233 Lawrence Street in Methuen.
