Obituary

Haverhill, Ma. – Donald D. Hatch, 75, yrs. died Monday at the Oxford Manor Nursing Home.
He was born in Howland, Maine son of the late Pearl F. and Florence (Briggs) Hatch. Donald, for 33 years had been employed as a shipper with Malden Mills of Lawrence and Methuen before his retirement.
During the Korean War Mr. Hatch served his country in the U.S. Army
prior to being honorably discharged.
Donald loved Boston sports teams, especially the Red Sox and Patriots and enjoyed watching local sports. Baseball was his favorite. He was very active with his children. He was also a member of the Methuen Post # 122 American Legion.
Formerly married to Evelyn Hatch Donald was the widower of Anne (Chretien) Hatch.
Survivors include sons Jeffrey S. and his wife Kelley Hatch of Salem, NH, Kevin K. Hatch of Methuen, Ma., Timothy D. and his wife Robyn Hatch of Sandown, NH, a sister Marilyn and her husband Floyd Jensen of West Enfield, Maine 8 stepchildren 8 grandchildren 1 greatgrandchild and many nieces and nephews.

Donald was predeceased by his son Donald D. Hatch, Jr.

Funeral Services will take place on Thursday morning at 11 o’clock from the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, Inc. 233 Lawrence Street in Methuen.

Friends may call on Wednesday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Burial will take place in the Howland Cemetery Howland, Maine.
