Ronald J. Peloquin, 66, formerly of Manville, died Wednesday at St. Antoine Residence. He was the husband of 42 years of Patricia K. (Healey) Peloquin.
Born in Woonsocket, he was a son of the late Laurent and Laura (Beauchesne) Peloquin. Mr. Peloquin was a resident of Manville for most of his life. He briefly resided in Cumberland before moving to North Smithfield.
Mr. Peloquin was employed by the Town of Lincoln Highway Department for many years.
Ronald was an ardent New York Yankees and Giants fan. He was an avid reader and was a longtime friend of Bill W.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by three sons, Neal N. Peloquin, of Las Vegas, NV, Kevin J. Peloquin, and Eric P. Peloquin, both of Woonsocket, a daughter, Marguerite C. Johnson, of Blackstone, and a sister, Jane Mills, of FL. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and several aunts, uncles, and a nephew.
His Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday at 10:00 am in St. Antoine Chapel, 10 Rhodes Ave., North Smithfield. Burial will be private at a later date. Visiting hours are Saturday from 8:30-9:45 am at St. Antoine Chapel, prior to Mass.
