Jacob A. McDonald, age 5, of Sandown, NH, died Monday, April 14, 2008 in the Parkland Medical Center in Derry. Jacob was born in Derry on January 29, 2003, a son of William A. and Miranda J. (Renaud) McDonald. He was a resident of Sandown for the past two years, formerly living in Manchester, NH. Jacob was a student at Jacob's Ladder in Londonderry, NH. He enjoyed videogames, playing, and loved being outside and going on adventures. Jacob was born with a congenital heart defect and had endured two open heart surgeries. He was extremely full of energy and you wouldn't know of his heart complications.
In addition to his parents of Sandown; he is survived by his sister, Hannah McDonald of Sandown; his maternal great grandmother, Barbara Bernard of Hudson, NH; his maternal grandmother, Sandra Kelley of Londonderry; his paternal grandmother, Sylvia McDonald of Hooksett, NH; his maternal grandfather, Paul Renaud and his wife Debora of Greenfield, NH; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Following cremation, calling hours were held on Thursday April 17th from 4 - 7pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry.
