Obituary

Rinaldo J. “Johnny” Chelotti, 75 of Franklin died February 23 in the Blaire House in Milford. He was the husband of the late Irene (Lucci) Chelotti.
Born in Blackstone, March 4, 1932 the son of the late Rinaldo and Hazel (Ellsworth) Chelotti, Mr. Chelotti was raised in Franklin and had live in Plainville for many years before moving back to Franklin in the 1990’s.
Mr. Chelotti had been a custodian for the North Attleboro Schools for many years before retiring.
He was a member of the Wrentham Sportsman’s Club, the Beagle Club and he loved to fish and watch NASCAR auto racing.
Mr. Chelotti served in the Navy during the mid 1950’s.
He is survived by his step children, June Landry of Wrentham and Eric “Sonny” Lougee of Plainville.
He is also survived by his brother, Stephen Chelotti of Franklin and sisters, Ann Sanford of Medford and Jean Chelotti of Franklin.
He is also survived by his step granddaughter, Charlene Landry, nieces, Lisa Sanford and Christine Fahey, nephews, Stephen Chelotti Jr. and Anthony Chelotti and great-niece, Jacqueline Horner and great-nephew, Nicholas Sanford.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, February 27 in the Ginley Funeral Home of Franklin, 131 Main St., Franklin from 6-8 p.m.
Services will be private with burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in his memory to Blaire House, 20 Claflin St., Milford, MA 01757.
