In Raynham, January 23, 2008 Edward G. Palmer died peacefully at his home on Church Street in Raynham at the age of 71. Edward was the son of the late Rodman and Elphine (Palozzi) Palmer. Born in Boston and raised in Randolph Edward moved to Raynham for the last 26 years. Edward worked for the local Four Union in Boston then went to work for Noblin Construction in Raynham for 27 years. Edward enjoyed the Cape Cod Canal, Boating, Fishing and the Atlantic Fish Club in Taunton. He is the father of Deb Staaf of Raynham and Rod Palmer of Raynham. Brother of Two Sisters and Grandfather of Two Grandchildren. Uncle of several Nieces and Nephews. Calling hours will be held at the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington Street in Taunton Saturday January 26th from 6-9 pm. A memorial service will be held at the First Congregational Church in Raynham on Sunday January 27th at 2 pm. In lieu of flowers donations in Edward’s memory may be made to Old Colony Hospice, One Credit Union Way, Randolph, Ma, 02368.
