Obituary

In Middleboro, October 30, 2007 Cynthia A. (Nelson) Pillsbury died after a lengthy illness at age 81. She was the wife of Arthur Pillsbury. Cynthia was a resident of the town of Raynham all her life. She is survived by three children Jack Pillsbury and his Fiancée Rosemary Pacheco of Raynham, David Pillsbury and his wife Cindy of Raynham and Dale Pillsbury of Portsmouth, RI. Born in Raynham she attended Raynham schools and graduated from Taunton High School class of 1944. Cynthia was a housewife and also belonged to the Woman’s Fire Fighters Auxiliary. She was the grandmother of Stacy Morrissey of Middleboro, Allison Pillsbury of South Boston, Adam Pillsbury of Ellington, Ct. Teresa Pillsbury of New Bedford and Scott Pillsbury of Raynham. Great Grandmother of John Morrissey Jr. and James Morrissey both of Middleboro. She was also the sister of the late Barbara Nelson. Funeral service will be held at the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington Street in Taunton on Monday November 5th at 11 am. Calling hours will be held at the funeral home from 2-4 & 6-8 pm. on Sunday. Interment in Pleasant Street Cemetery in Raynham. Donations in Cynthia’s memory may be made to Golden Living Center-Oak Hill Activities Fund, 76 North Street, Middleboro, Ma. 02346.
