BEVERIDGE, James L. of Winthrop, passed away at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston on March 19, 2007. He was 78. He was the beloved husband of Virginia M. (Frazier) Beveridge. Born in Boston, MA, he was the son of the late Victor L. and Frances (McLean) Beveridge. He was the devoted father of the late Jayne Beveridge. Brother-in-law of Evelyn Gardner and the late Rita Brown. Adored uncle of Jacqueline Ladd and her husband Bruce, Mark Gardner and his wife Susan, Peter Gardner, Elaine Hudson, Patricia Gardner, and John F. Gardner Jr. Donations may be made to the Massachusetts General Hospital, c/o Surgical Intensive Care Unit, 55 Fruit St, Boston, MA, 02114. Late Navy Veteran of WWll. Prior to retirement, James was employed as a mechanical engineer at C.T. Main Co. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at a later date. Funeral arrangements were by the Maurice W.
