Eugene M. “Geno” Cataldo, III, 40 of Belmont, died Sunday unexpectedly.

Born in Medford, he lived in Belmont for the past year and was formerly of Watertown.

Eugene was a Master Plumber and the Proprietor of Winters Plumbing and Heating in Cambridge for the past 15 years. He also was a member of the Metro West and Cambridge Chamber of Commerce and was a Youth Hockey Coach in Watertown from 2003 to 2006.

Beloved husband of Lisa (Davila) Cataldo. Devoted father of Dante and Marina Cataldo of Belmont. Cherished son of Gay (Fazio) Cataldo of Somerville and the late Gene M. Cataldo Jr. Brother of James Cataldo and his wife Lisa of Dracut, Andrea Thibeault and her husband Dave of Hudson, NH. Grandson of Helen Cataldo of Medford. Also survived by 4 loving nephews and many cousins.

Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Saturday at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Catherine of Genoa Church, 179 Summer St., Somerville, at 10 AM.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.

Visiting hours Friday 3 thru 8.

Services will conclude with entombment at Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, Malden.
