Obituary

Auburn– Anita P. Jodoin, 87 died July 14, 2007 at Ridgewood Center following a long illness.
She was born in Valleyfield PQ, Canada on October 22, 1919 the daughter of Joseph and Lydia (Leduc) Plante.
She was a member the Massabesic Seniors, a Lioness of Auburn, and Les Coeurs Joyeux. She enjoyed square dancing, quilting, and playing cards.
She and her husband ran a center caring for Veterans in their home.
She was a parishioner of St. Peter Church.
She was predeceased by her husband George J.B. Jodoin in 1995 and a son George I. “Izzy” Jodoin in 2001.
Family members include 4 sons, Robert Jodoin, Peter Jodoin, both of Hooksett, David Jodoin, of Manchester, Thomas Jodoin, of Epping, 5 daughters, Georgette Davis, of Wisconsin, Marguerite Glidden, of Auburn, Angeline Pinard, of Hooksett, Annette Gervais, of Manchester, Andrea Taber, of Goffstown, 22 grandchildren, 17 greatgrandchildren, one brother Roger Plante, of Constable NY., several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Services: Calling hours will be Monday from 4 to 7 pm in J. N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home 110 Bridge St. Manchester.
Funeral services will be on Tuesday at 10 am in the Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in Longmeadow Cemetery., Auburn.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Anita’s name to Sisters of the Precious Blood Monastery 700 Bridge St. Manchester.
