Funeral from the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte123) Brockton Tuesday at 8am. Funeral Mass in St. Edith Stein/St. Edward Parish at 9am. Burial in Calvary Cemetery, Brockton. Jacqueline F. “Jackie” Bersani, 67 years, died at the Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center, Brockton after a lengthy illness. She was born in Quincy, a daughter of the late John and Agnes (Collins) Gordon. She had been a resident of Brockton since 1971, most recently at Ann Ward Congregate Home. She was raised and educated in Quincy and was a graduate of Woodward School for Girls. Jackie furthered her education and became an x-ray technician, working in physicians offices. She then became a stay home mom to raise her four children. She enjoyed cooking, baking, photography and family vacations and spending time with her family
She is survived by her four children, Paul Bersani and his wife Roberta of Randolph; Peter Bersani and his wife Christina of Fredericksburg, VA; Nicole McKenna and her husband Robert McKenna, Sr. of Weymouth and Janine Sims and her husband William of Bridgewater, her grandchildren, Connor, Nicolle, Elizabeth, Robbie, Jr., Christopher and Abby, her brother, John Gordon of Pocasset and a sister Agnes Haesche of Colchester, CT and many nieces and nephews
She was the wife of the late Albert P. Bersani and sister of the late James Gordon, Marguerite Gordon, Louise Spink and Mary Mahoney.
