Obituary

Adeline M. (Dezzutti) Bombolakis, 80 of Franklin, died Thursday, April 26, 2007 at her home. She was the beloved wife of Emanuel G. Bombolakis to whom she married in 1952.

Mrs. Bombolakis was born and raised in Denver, Colorado and after residing in Golden, Colorado for a several years moved to Franklin in 1963.

During the 1950’s, she was a manager of the cafeteria at the Colorado School of Mines. She attended Harvard University Night School and was the Chief Executive Officer of her home in Franklin where loved to spend time decorating.

Mrs. Bombolakis was a communicant of St. Mary’s Church in Franklin. She enjoyed bird watching and loved to dance with her husband, having met him at the former Rainbow Ball Room in Denver.

Besides her husband, she is survived by two sisters, Helen Garrimone and Lorraine Leyba, both of Denver and many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral on Monday, April 30 at 9:30 a.m. from the Ginley Funeral Home of Franklin (www.ginleyfuneralhomes.com), 131 Main St., Franklin, followed by a funeral Mass at St. Mary’s Church, Church Square in Franklin at 10:30 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Salvation Army 147 Berkley St., Boston, MA 02116 or to the Boston Rescue Mission, PO Box 120069, Boston, MA 02112.
