Of Needham, Dec. 9. Beloved husband of Frances F. (Williams) Cusack for 56 years. Devoted father of Thomas M. Cusack Jr. and his wife Theresa M. of Berkley, MA, Barbara J. Diette, and her husband Paul S. of Mansfield. Grandfather of Jennifer Cusack of Marlboro, Melissa Cusack of Boston, Michael Cusack of Berkley, brother of Walter Cusack of East Kingston, NH, Mary Coughlin of Dorchester, Philip Cusack of NYC, and the late Helen Doggett.
