Jon K. Provost, age 63, passed away on October 21, 2026. He was born on February 12, 1963 in Chicopee and has been a lifelong resident. He was a graduate of Chicopee High School, Class of 1981 and served in the US Airforce. He later worked as a Police Officer for the City of Chicopee for many years. He is predeceased by his parents, Ronald J. Provost and Claire F. (Connors) Provost and one brother, Robert Murphy. He is survived by his son, Ryan Provost of Washington, DC; one brother, Don Provost of Chicopee and two sisters, Nancy Condon of Alaska and Valerie Davis of Chicopee; His girlfriend, Joanne Pettico of Chicopee and their dog Gunner. A Prayer Service with military honors will be held in the Chapel of the MA Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Agawam, on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at 3:00 PM.
