Jillian Marie Amado (Roukas)
February 4, 1985 – September 19, 2026
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Jillian Marie Amado, born Jillian Marie Roukas, who passed away in Ten Mile, Tennessee, on September 19, 2026, at the age of 41.
Jillian was born on February 4, 1985, in Brockton, Massachusetts, to Sandra
Roukas and Dimetrius Roukas. She spent much of her life in Brockton, MA, but moved to several other areas in MA before eventually making her home in Ten Mile, Tennessee. Jillian was always good at creating a home wherever she landed. She put love and passion into everything she did.
Jillian was a loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt, friend, niece, cousin, and spouse who will be remembered for her electric attitude in life, her goofy sense of humor, kindness, strength, generosity, determination, and love for her family. Those who knew Jillian will remember that each has their own special memories and moments with her. She was the person you needed for a good laugh, a long hug, and deep conversations.
Throughout her life, Jillian enjoyed making artwork, was into cars, being around family, living a country life, and being genuine to herself. She never cared what anyone thought; she stayed true to herself. Things that meant the most to Jillian were her son, family, and friends. Jillian always spoke so highly of her relationship with her yaya growing up. She loved her Greek heritage and was so proud of where she came from. She valued the long friendships she had since childhood. Growing up in Brockton, MA, she made the best of friends, and they remained friends for all these years.
Jillian is survived by her loving son Matthew Thomas Lariviere, her mother Sandra Roukas, father, Dimetrius Roukas, brothers, Jonathan Roukas and James Roukas, and her little sister Jennifer Roukas. She has two nieces, Kaylanie Brickhouse and Andrea Roukas, and one nephew, Lenox Brickhouse. She had several other family members, including aunts, uncles, and cousins. She has left behind her spouse, Kyle Brandon, and closest friends and family, Susan Lussier, Tiffany Clark, Maria Mitoulis, and Julia Messex.
Jillian's passing leaves an immeasurable absence in the lives of those who loved her. Although her life ended far too soon, the memories she created, the relationships she shared, and the love she gave will remain with her family and friends.
To those closest to Jillian, she was more than words in an obituary could ever describe. She was a fiery, loving person. She was so talented when it came to any artwork. Jillian loved passionately and was always determined to work hard at anything she put her mind to. She was an amazing mother. We will remember her for her spontaneity and wild-child free will she had. We will carry those memories with us always.
A Funeral Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. at Melrose Cemetery, located at 88 N Pearl St, Brockton, MA 02301. Family and friends are invited to gather to honor Jillian's life and share their memories of her.
Rest peacefully, Jillian. You were deeply loved, and you will never be forgotten.
